The Inspire Awards Ceremony in Grand Island has quickly grown into a beloved annual tradition, honoring the extraordinary women who uplift and strengthen our communities. The very first ceremony, held April 12, 2023, at Boulder Flatts, recognized exceptional women across eight award categories, celebrating both their professional excellence and their dedication to making Grand Island a better place to live and work.

At each ceremony, the Inspire Advisory Board selects three finalists in every category and names one overall recipient. The event also features the distinguished Woman of the Year award, chosen by the Advisory Board from an impressive slate of nominees.

Community enthusiasm for the Inspire Awards continues to flourish, reflecting the deep appreciation for these impactful leaders. Now in our fourth year, nominations are being welcomed from throughout Hall County, offering the community yet another opportunity to highlight women whose leadership and service make a lasting difference.

The next Inspire Awards Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, once again at Boulder Flatts. We look forward to continuing this meaningful tradition of celebrating the vision, strength, and contributions of women in Grand Island and across Hall County.
